Nine teams competed for the coveted title of the "2024 Mixed Crown Green Winners" played on Bank Holiday Monday (26th August 2024). All teams played 8 x five-end round robin games, with a possible 16 points up for grabs.
Congratulations to Geri Hatton and Nicky Scales for winning (on 12 points / +32 shots) with Tina Godden and John Stevens as runners up (on 10 points / +26 shots). There were 5 teams on 10 points !
Woods and jacks were flying everywhere, but it was a great afternoon with some splendid bowls and above all, a lot of fun. Our club finals weekend follows next week ...
